Amit Jain

Chief People Officer

Leading the people revolution at PeopleStrong, Amit is the Chief People Officer and plays a pivotal role in shaping culture & driving employee well-being & organizational excellence.

A seasoned HR & OD (Organizational Development) professional, Amit is a firm believer in the PeopleStrong value of People care is a good business. He brings extensive expertise in HR Work Tech, SaaS, IT, and the telecom industries. He champions a collaborative mindset, places great importance on cultural sensitivity in global workplaces, and actively supports diversity, equity, and inclusion, including the LGBTQIA+ community.

Honored as one of the top 100 HR professionals under 40 in India, Amit has received titles like Young HR Leader, Diversity Champion of the Year, and PeopleStrong’s esteemed ‘Gold Plaque Award’.

Dipanwita Gupta

Principal Consultant

Dipanwita is a strategic human resource consultant with an entrepreneurial bent. She is passionate about driving organizational resilience by focusing on purpose, values, culture, and leadership. Her purpose is to build and heal people, spaces, and organizations.

She has worked in Strategic Human Resource Management, Culture Transformations, Leadership Development, and Change Management in diverse and multicultural teams in India, the Middle East, Europe, and South Africa. She is also a visiting faculty member at business schools, teaching leadership, communication, and micro-entrepreneurship.

As a certified Reiki practitioner, she is committed to creating safe, mindful, and healing spaces that bring out the best in people, teams, and organizations.

Subhagi Arora

Associate Vice President - Human Resources & Training

As the Associate Vice President - Human Resources & Training at PeopleStrong, Subhagi Arora brings over a decade of experience in leading diverse teams to shape PeopleStrong’s HR strategy through HR Business Partnering, Operations, Talent Acquisition, and corporate strategy. She has delivered her expertise in developing an inclusive learning and excelling platform at PeopleStrong, integrating Gen AI in the HR domain, Talent Management, Leadership Development, and promoting diversity and inclusion through various innovative programs. Subhagi is also passionate about spearheading initiatives that foster continuous growth and upskilling for the Learning & Development of all employees.
